I'm watching the stars

Washi Tape

This is how the sky above us should look, and fortunately, there are still places in the world where the Milky Way can be seen clearly with the naked eye. The first time I saw it was in the mountains, in Italy, when I was 16. It wasn't the first time I'd seen a sky full of stars, but never so full that I could make out the boundaries of the Milky Way. Since then, traveling, I've seen it more often, and yet I can never get enough. On this washi, I wanted to represent all those night skies, trying to give you their magic, on a roll of paper.
